The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Spain.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany: We calculate the shipping costs based on the shipping weight:
• Germany:
◦ 0.1kg-2.0 kg: €5.49
◦ 2.1kg-5.0 kg: €6.99
For orders with a value of €100.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad: We calculate the shipping costs abroad based on the shipping weight:
• Austria:
◦ 0.1kg-2.0 kg: €14.49
◦ 2.1kg-5.0 kg: €16.49
For orders with a value of €250.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery Times Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within
Germany will take place within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7
working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the
time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined
shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is
determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Return:
All items from your order can be returned within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Items returned in this way must be unworn and must not show any defects or signs of use.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged or arrive without tags and
original packaging. If there are any issues with your return, we will notify you by email within 3
days of receiving your return.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning purchased items.
To ensure a quick and hassle-free processing of your return, we recommend using insured standard
shipping via DHL.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of
the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these
are delivered uniformly;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of
the last good, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these
are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of
the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you have ordered a good that is delivered
in multiple partial shipments or items;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ADDRESS COMING SOON) of your
decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or
an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning
your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you,
including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of
delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay
and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw
from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you
used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will
not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied
evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at ADDRESS COMING SOON, without
undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your
withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the
period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than
what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an
individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the
personal needs of the consumer;
• for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be
exceeded;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the
conclusion of the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the
conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market
which cannot be controlled by the entrepreneur;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription
contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or
hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to
their nature;
• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the
seal was removed after delivery.
